Bracing

Wild weather here today. Hail yesterday and huge waves crashing through the night.
I went for a quick walk on the beach this morning ( well rugged up) and saw this man who had just completed his morning swim in the rock pool. He said it was refreshing!
Not the best photo... but I wasn’t staying outside too long....
