Duck and ducklings on the canal

I headed across town to the canal today for my morning walk. I was on a mission: to find ducklings. I was successful - even if they wouldn't pose for me.

Back home again I worked some more on my report. Mr hazelh then thrashed me at Scrabble - again. I am going to see if I can win the Carcassonne game later.

As is traditional in our family on Fridays, we all had curry for supper after our regular Skype get-together. Ours was squash and spinach and so delicious. Mummy hazelh is a much more independent Skype user now. She even turned on her video tonight without prompting!

Exercise today: walking (18,584 steps).
