Little Richard by Paul Walsh (May 2020)

Paul Walsh has completed his mural of Little Richard on the "Memorial Wall" in Karangahape Road. Today's walk was deliberately chosen to check on this mural, as it was clearly not finished when I saw it a couple of days ago.

I don't think that my biscuit tin full of 45 RPM discs from the 60s and 70s contains any of Little Richard's recordings. The tin is in the study/store room at the beachhouse, and it will be next weekend before I will be there to check. 

However, I do remember him singing Good Golly Miss Molly 


We had a visit this afternoon from S' brother and his partner. They have spent the lockdown and since at Snells Beach, as both could work remotely. It was good to see them
