Resting behind a wire fence, this tractor is involved in a development at Snells Beach called Mahurangi Heights. Almost all the lots have been sold; the ones not sold are down near the bottom of the hill, and won't have much of the "stunning rural views" on the advertising sign at the entry to the development.
