A Trip North

We went up to see Ma and Pa today.... just to see if they had any other jobs that needed doing and to do our weeks shopping from the big mall rather than our little country one.

It was nice to be out and even though the border is still closed we reused our passes from last week.

I realised that it was my first trip to the big shops for nearly 3months and really didn’t mind cruising around the shops and even made a few nice purchases.

As we drove home the sun was setting and I so enjoyed watching the light play over the cane fields and mountains.... I think I need to start getting out a bit more now.... hmm I think I might of said that a few weeks back.

It’s hot water bottle time tonight and Jaiya put one in my bed it’s cozy and warm whilst I write this... very yummy.
