No Idea

This is my latest dot to dot drawing and I'm unsure where it is meant to be.  The tower looks like the CN Tower in Toronto which I have visited but I do not remember there being an old cathedral nearby.  From what I can remember it was surrounded by modern buildings.  Does anyone have any idea where it is meant to be?
