Windswept
Bella May and I went for walkies around the village this afternoon and nearly got blown away! It's difficult capturing wind in a photo but these two trees were really bending. I think some old trees may come down if it carries on blowing so fiercely. It's worse when they are full of leaves.
When we got back, Baxter the cocker spaniel came out to play and he and Bella went crazy round Sarah's garden. (Extra)
Frank has been down in the cellar all day trying his hand at stained glass. Our friend Pauline where we lived previously gave him some coloured glass a while back so he had a go at the basics. It will be a while before he makes something as he needs to order more bits.
Watching the Covid update I couldn't believe how those 'leading' the country were supportive of and even making excuses for Dominic Cummings driving from London to Durham to take his 4 year old boy to be looked after by his elderly parents because his wife had Covid19 and he himself thought he was getting it. They contradicted themselves throughout yet would not say that rules had been broken.
Surely they must have had to stop enroute at motorway services?
I would dearly love to see our grandkids but under no circumstances would I risk catching or spreading this awful virus.
Tomorrow we'll be back on the boat for a couple of days :-D.
Have a good Sunday. Goodnight :-)x
