River walk

I had such a lovely walk along the river today. I met The Weaver and his wife tending their new vegetable garden by an old lime kiln. It used to be a productive garden but had been laying idle for many years so it's wonderful to see it back in use. I discovered some free books outside a house and picked up two, then bought some flowers, a bunch of Pinks and sweetpeas outside someone elses house! As I walked through the woods I picked up more pine cones for my woodburner. What a very productive walk!
