Books on the Bookshelf

I know I said no more polar coordinates, but I started to think that if the reverse of the polar coordinate flattens a subject, what would it do to a flat subject.  I saw the books on the bookshelf and got to work.  I would have liked to see what a piano keyboard would look like after it had been polarised (!), but alas I don't have one.
