Large Red Damselfly

Whilst walking by Oulston Reservoir I came across several of these Large Red Damselflies. They were very flighty and didn't settle on any foliage for very long.  This is the first time I've spotted these flies.  Despite their name they are quite small and would be lost against a standard dragonfly.
Flying alongside these Large Red Damselflies there were Blue-Tailed Damselflies.  Sadly I couldn't get a shot of them both.together.
