Trail Walk

Up at 6:30am which now seems to be the norm for Heidi. Got to say I’m happy not to see 5am anymore!

Watched an episode of the Walking Dead, done some more jigsaw (I ended up staying up till 1am doing said jigsaw!).

Once everyone was up I went for a 10km run before walking to the shop for my lotto tickets.

L and I then took H for her afternoon walk along the Murieston Trail.

Got some training later as I’ve been entered into L’s gymnastics online virtual competition on Saturday and I need to learn a 1 min floor routine.

Oh! This is not going to end well!
