A Writer's Life

By Awriterslife

Work, work, work!

To be honest, I had planned to take a picture of my red pen today. Since I spent about 8 hours grading before going to teach my 3,5 hour class, it seemed fitting. However, the fog had descended on the city when I made my way home at 23:30 after work. And it was just beautiful!

The fog horns were going at it in the port, as well as the bells from the railroads. Those are the sounds that, though elusive, made me stay in this neighborhood for that long.

After that? Bed. Big day on Thursday: prep/grade in the early morning, then teach in the afternoon, then I'm giving a short paper on YouTube and conspiracy theories. I'll have to write that paper at some point...
