The Yorkshire Hotel

This is an emergency blip, as it's the only thing that was worth a photo in town late this afternoon.
I have blipped this splendid building before, but this is the first time I have ever seen it without a single car or other object obstructing the view of it. Only last week there was some sort of underground pipe or cable work going on in front of it with an excavator and barriers where usually there are cars. No doubt once lockdown ends, the front will once again be littered with parked cars.
Another thing I noticed was that the path across the lawn to the entrance does not quite line up with the steps and is actually slightly to the left. Perhaps I'm beginning to suffer from OCD in my old age!
