Cake for tea

This is the first cake I've made since Christmas, and my husband was certainly pleased. And the bread maker is busy too, so a reasonably productive hour or so in the kitchen this afternoon!
Not as wet today as forecast, so It was possible to have a walk around the garden to check out all the jobs that need doing!
