Kaiserslautern is going pretty

I did a quick round in my lunchbreak and noticed the new giant flower pots  in this part of the pedestrian area.
Eye catchers - but on the positive or negative side?
Our garbage trucks and the little public bins are the same colour.

OK, while typing I made up my mind. We need more colour in the city. Not everything can be pink (but why can't it be green or blue?).
