Conditioning class

Carys has done these 90min conditioning classes everyday this week. She's really enjoyed them, although she says that they are tiring!

When she finished we rang Grandad to wish him a happy 80th birthday. We did try a WhatsApp video call, but he didn't pick up, so a normal voice call it was.

This afternoon if was C's turn to go for a ride with me.
