Splat!

Well she looks like a marionette who has had her strings cut, but she was actually mid stretch class! So today she has done 90mins conditioning class, 60mins 121 ballet class and now 60mins stretch class.

Will and I walked into town, which was surprisingly busy. I failed to get what we went for, but had the consolation of a sausage bap!

Back home it was a day of R and R unless your name was Carys.

Ended the day watching The Cellist on the ROH YouTube channel. Well worth catching.
