THE LURE OF THE POPPY

I'm not venturing beyond the garden today. Extra shows how tiny my front garden is, taken from a vantage point halfway between the front door and the gate, and the rest of the day will be spent in the back yard, about the same size but mostly concrete and also sundrenched at this time of day / year. Lots of re-potting to do, and then sitting down with a cuppa and a rather toothsome cake that I made yesterday.
