Glorious Spring...

A wonderful hot, sunny day when I enjoyed a stravaig on the sandy hills, listening to Cuckoos, Sand Martins, Wheatears, Skylarks, Curlew and Peesie weeps! It was so good to see them all. Also, saw the Mountain Hare in the extra dozing near his burrow. Like the Cairngorms, he too has patches of white left from winter!
Returned via the lochans and saw Four Spotted Chasers emerging, White Faced Darters and Large Red Damselflies flying
