Partied out

A day full of busy. Just what the doctor ordered (literally!). Baby and Toddler group this morning for Arwen and me; followed by lunch and a great afternoon spent with friends, which Ophelia joined us for after preschool. By the end of all that, Arwen and her little friend baby Effie were so exhausted that they crashed out on the sofa and the floor respectively, whilst the Mummies got ready for the school run. After school pick up it was straight to town for Grace's swimming lesson. Managed to squeeze in a quick tea at the Wentworth (or at least a massive plate of chips) and an even quicker whizz round Waitrose whilst in Hexham too. And also managed to feed Arwen whilst watching Grace. Phew. Early night planned, but not before I polish off the rest of the steamed treacle pudding and custard I made the other night. Think I've earned it ;))
