Welcome Back, Sophie

On the grounds that one day wasn't really going to make much difference, we preempted tomorrow's easing of lockdown restrictions and had a suitably socially distanced family BBQ in the back garden.

It was so wonderful to see Sophie again and to be together as a family again; as you can see, she was thoroughly enjoying the paddling pool.

I'm sure we weren't the only ones and that the Government were anticipating this when they made the announcement. We were certainly safer in our own back garden than on some of the crowded beaches this weekend.
