A Day of Animals at Altitude

The sheep are high up on the mountain sides for the summer but we were going to hopefully spot very young chamois on the névés (snow fields) of the Dents du Midi. We got to a point where we could see them from a distance and with the long lens, managed to get some photos and film clips of their hilarious antics, chasing each other. I would like to return as we spotted a clearly defined path which would take us a bit nearer to them without disturbing them. Thanks to Josiane, for showing me this very special spectacle of nature.
