Moth?

Another amazing day.
I went on a cycle ride to the allotment, I was looking for the nesting swifts at Canon Mills but they weren't around today.
This afternoon I cleaned out at the green house and then in the evening we walked in our local park which is open again.  I spotted this moth on the catmint and lots of bumble bees see etc.  I have also put in a shot of the physic garden which I have been involved with.
