Chives. The flower heads look like they’re floating in this photo! Very healthy clump. Long established in the right spot; we grow them for their looks more than eating, although some make it to salads.

Nice day. Spent a bit of time in the conservatory and late afternoon in the garden. Message is “Stay Home,” with some new exceptions, including some outdoor sports. Our younger played golf for the first time this year - new Scottish Golf coronavirus rules in place. I’ll maybe walk with him soon; he has a few rounds booked - it’d be a safe place and a change of scenery.

Family FaceTime: some family chat about the relaxation of lockdown - some folks being irresponsible. That came through in Scottish Government briefing today, with a strong health warning. Older son and fiancé had been to see her parents in their garden, nearby but so far recently.

Evening walk. New route. Didn’t encounter anyone.
