Day 153/20. My first Azure damselfly of the year

A lunchtime camera expedition all the way to the top of the garden and our pond.
I was very happy to see a male Azure Damselfly flitting around. Usually these are very flighty and hard to capture, but this one stayed perched long enough for this shot. You just need a little patience, watch, and get used to where they perch. Creatures of habit, they frequently return to exactly the same leaf.
He even obliged by perching on a leaf with water drops from our fountain.
