Day 152/20. A Five Spot Burnet moth on Dandelion

A lovely, sunny walk today across Yew Tree Hill wildlife reserve. The first summer insects are appearing now. A first for me this year was to capture this Five Spot Burnet Moth sunning itself on a Dandelion. The combination of colours is quite intense. The red on the moth screams 'Don't eat me, I'm poisonous'.
