The Bog Cotton...

is amazing this year and the moorland here is covered. Near here, watched and photographed the Red Throated Divers, good to see.
Another superb day, hot and sunny.
In the extra is my alarm clock. This Oystercatcher sits on the roof first thing in the morning and calls loudly to all the others!  There have been several nesting in the surrounding area and two have even nested on the flat roof of the Health Centre this year and have raised two chicks there.
