Coffee and cake

I made half a chocolate fudge cake and it was lovely. Rather than make two rounds, I made one and cut it in half and sandwiched them together. That way we will be able to eat it while fresh, without feeling the need for large slices. It was rather nice.

Busy day working and have a long to do list for tomorrow.
