Cabbage Flower Petals

My niece brought me flowers earlier this week, amongst them some of these cabbage flowers. I don't know what the correct name is, no doubt someone will let me know.

I've seen larger versions of these in the Library Garden at Pollok House. They are rather unusual, and I promised her I would blip them at some point this week.

So out came the macro lens this evening. Thanks JT!
