Emily is 13!

Thirteen years ago this bundle of fun and life came into the world. I was actually flying home from Abu Dhabi and landed to the news that I had a new granddaughter, Emily. Pepper also has a very strong bond with Emily and loves seeing her.

We had a family Zoom chat to say happy birthday to Emily and this poor quality image is a snapshot of the zoom screen with her whole family squeezed round the laptop. I hope it's not too long before we can all meet up again for real.

I have spent a lot of the day trying to get to grips with Capture One. It is certainly very good but I think I will end up staying with Adobe. Nothing is perfect and at least I know the weaknesses and challenges within Photoshop and Lightroom.
