A helpful poster for Vegans from Viva.

It is towards the close of the day now and 24c. I have found plenty to occupy the time during the day.
I find it best to keep still and read, knit or do Tablet activities when it is so humid. I am so glad Paul can continue to work from home. We are each busy in our different ways. I continue to watch Mass from Ireland as it resonates as Holy and well delivered. The congregation is not currently present there.

Paul bought our Vegan ice cream from Morrisons and there are three flavours, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. 80p a tub. Very soya flavoured. With some fresh strawberries the Vegan strawberry ice cream was clearly different to cow's milk based ice cream but a similar texture to dairy ice cream.

I did photo the ice cream and strawberries but this Viva poster is so much more useful to anyone thinking of trying Vegan options even if just for a couple of days a week. Some people do meat free Mondays.
The range of Vegan products in the supermarkets is improving all the time.
