A Vegan meal.

I made this meal recently, so sorry it is not today, but the collage was composed this morning, in the early hours.Too humid for me to sleep.
Arthur has taught me what it is like to be nocturnal and it is a peaceful time.
It is a lovely stir, partly pre bought supermarket mixe with oranges diced up as I am a fan of oranges and the vibrancy of the fruit.
The ice cream was from Morrison's, Vegan, and although strawberry flavour, predominantly soya and a firm texture. Good value at 80p a tub.medium size with three servings. They make vanilla and chocolate flavour as well.
I am hoping for rain this Wednesday after several sunny humid days.
The gardens and reservoirs and lakes need topping up.
