night scene

A night scene on my river street . . .
I was experimenting, trying to use the flash while shooting in a twilight mode just to see what would happen. I am not quite sure where all those planets or stars came from, but I sure like the look. Edit: I have figured out that because of the settings I was using, which raise the ISO and also take a series of pictures and then meld them into one . . . I believe perhaps the light of the flash was what got captured and gave me the interesting planetary background. I did also bring the image into Photoshop elements and gave it a Poster Edges filter to crisp it up a bit!

Our backyard project is just about done 6 weeks after they started digging up the lawn, amazing! I will be sure to get some photos soon . . . my son Decklin & his fiance' Tina -- and my son Dallas and his wife Liz arrive from Boston, MA tomorrow afternoon and are here until Tuesday afternoon! yeeha!
