New 'top' and shorts for this morning's turbo sesh out the back. With, erm, a long sleeve underneath an' all - kinda chilly to be honest.

And, this afternoon I will mainly be sitting still. Having my portrait painted by my elder girl - looking forward to it, and I think she'll do a great job as well.
