Day 83

I finally had all the ingredients together so decided to make the 3 ingredient scones that I saw on AnnieOnes  (here) blip a while back. These are gluten free and made with a mixture of gluten free flour and sugar free 7up. Seemed to have worked very well. Rose a little bit. A little chewy(doughy) in the middle but that is sometimes the nature of gf cooking. Got the thumbs up from Alan who said they could be served to guests quite happily
Did An online order for Cornish pasties and gf Cornish pasties and gf scones and cakes from Cornwall.
Had a refund from RHS. Fir Hampton flower show and a refund from Surrey for Alan’s evening classes into the credit card account.
Dug the veg patch over and recovered the potatoes with compost and soil and fed potatoes that are in the potato bag ( the rest are in the ground)
The cat we saw yesterday we think is a Maine Coon.
Fairly cold again today and very drizzly but despite the showers of the last couple of days the ground is really dry
