Spicy Muffins

It has been wet, windy and cold today and I felt the urge to make some cake. Because I have type 2 diabetes I don't normally eat cake but searched on line and managed to find a recipe which is low carb and no sugar. Having sampled one each we think they need a bit more flavour.
