Exciting developments

I found this underneath the blackbird's nest so I assume it's the first of the clutch to hatch.  I've been standing nonchalantly nearby to see if I can hear cheeping but nothing yet & we've all resisted peeping.

The nostalgia and affection I felt yesterday for 'Guitar Hero' has started to wane after another day of relentless heavy rock taking over the living room.  Back to work tomorrow for most of us and I'm looking forward to things being a bit quieter.
