Ice Spike?

You may remember that I'm always on the lookout for weather related phenomena. I was so thrilled with the ice crystals I spotted in December. Well this morning 'A' called to me to bring my camera outside. He'd spotted this tiny ice spike. One again it was something spotted on the weather station roof. He was on the lookout for an ice spike all through the cold snowy weather, but had no luck. This one is barely a centimetre long, but I have to agree that it does look like one.
