Kissing lips

I love gardening and nothing gives me more pleasure than pottering and seeing what is growing. I love propagating plants and although trial and error the joy I get from increasing my stock is amazing. For the last two years I have held a plant sale at work and raised around £300 but this year there was no staff to buy my plants. I have given some away and (say it quietly) put some on the compost heap, but this one I planted out and it is now flowering in all it’s glory.

It’s one of the Salvia family called Hot Lips but previous boss ( have you brought me a plant today?) called it Kissing Lips? I am looking forward to the Dyson nursery opening so I can see what Salvias he has cultivated over the winter.
