Sunless Poppies

These appear in the same place every year, although today there weren't so many of them as there were last year.  I prefer seeing them when the blue sky makes the sea look turquoise, and it's such a colour contrast with the red of the poppies.  Unfortunately today is supposed to be the best day of the week, with lots of rain to come.  I will go back for another look next week if we get any sun!
