Focaccia
My adventures in breadmaking continued with another focaccia, which turned out well, and a second attempt at a wholemeal wreath, which is getting better.
To my suprise, I am finding myself enjoying breadmaking - the kneading is quite therapeutic and it interesting to see and understanding the different stages.
I also harvested the first vegetables from my garden - wong bok - which I used to make soup. Now to figure out what to do with the rest !
