Wednesday: #30DaysWild - Swiss Chard ...

... 5 Colours ... which along with all the other veggies, herbs and salads will be allowed to run to seed and will provide good forage for all the pollinators, with a bonus of seeds for me!
I picked a few leaves of chard and made a stir-fry with mushrooms, red onion & courgette. Served it on crushed red skinned potatoes and a fried egg on top ... very tasty non-meat option for me!
Got up around 6:30 this morning, MrD wanted to go shopping early, it was fairly quiet at that time of morning!
Raining off and on, I had a very lazy morning - lovely phone chat with my favourite daughter & Cousin Idris! :-))) xxx
Wandered around the garden a few times, lots of raspberries this year, the little bees are so busy & the rain has perfect timing to swell the fruit.
“Great British Sewing Bee” later ... watching Chris our homegrown chef from Caernarfon first ... he’s quite a character!
