Bed Bolts & Wing Mirrors

Monkey was desperate to show off his gleaming & shiny wheels before it got too mucky again. Thanks go to Step-Pa Micky for giving the Clio a good old buff & polish up when he fixed it last week, it's never looked so smart!

After we/ I recovered from a slight mildly head splitting headache after last night's fun-tivities, by slouching on the sofa for the morning & watching the funny Miranda & the brilliant Ripper Street, we popped to Uckfield in search of some not so ordinary or off-the-shelf products.

It didn't take long to realise that we wouldn't be coming back with either bed bolts or wing mirror covers, but we did pick up a new door mat. At least we can cross that off the list now. Every cloud... And I did pick up a Screwfix catalogue too, much to Jenny's joy. I'm clearly growing up & well on my way to becoming one of those men who reads about nuts & bolts for fun. It's the Argos catalogue for adults.

The penultimate & final episodes of Borgen air as we speak on BBC4. It's fantastic viewing! You should really be watching. And there is a third & final series of it currently airing in Denmark, which should hopefully be on it's way over to us soon.
