Happy Birthday Carolina

The whole family, except Carolina's middle sister, Magda, celebrated her brithday with her at 'Die Oude Pastorie' (The old Vicerage), an exclusive and very posh restaurant a few kilometres out of town. We had great fun, the company was excellent and the food out of this world!

We sang 'Happy Birthday', then her hubby Daan made a short speech, she replied in short and all of us drank a toast on her, then came the starters, a variety to die for, followed by the main course, 5 different meat dishes, the one tastier than the other, duck- and chicken pot pies, and 4 or 5 most interesting and tasty veggie dishes, followed by desert like only 'De Oude Patorie' can come up with! Chocolate mousse in shooter glasses, topped with cream, teeny weeny carrot cakes as well as small squares lemon cheese cake, as well as a variety of melon, mango and papaya, all cut in tiny wedges, presented on a big plate, soooo attractive and tasty!

Happy Birthday to you Carolina, I pray for you for a wonderful year of health, love, happiness and success. Thank you for a lovely night out, we enjoyed it tremendously! LuvU!
