Torched

Something about fast and artisan doesn't seem to go together in my eyes, but I've never tasted it so I really can't say.  This is New Hampshire's largest city, Manchester, population about 100,000 at 11 a.m.  The main street with banks, offices, restaurants and shops is completely deserted.  Two police officers were riding horseback down the sidewalk.  Glad to have the hairdresser in the shop for the first time in 4 months.  She was diligent about cleanliness, distancing with no one else in the room (a large size room), everything sterilized, a time limit and all the precautions taken.   Nice to be in the "city" with more possibilities for photos too.
