Wild Roses

They are taking over on either side of the driveway - it's long and wooded for the most part but the electric company has cut down trees that may get in the way of the electrical wires in a storm and so the little undergrowth like these have really done well this year.  There are also bittersweet vines which can be a real challenge in the yard, but here I like them with tiny white flowers which turn to red berries and then peel back revealing an orange cover.  I'm sure I've used them for a Blip before and I'm sure I will again in the fall. I'm enjoying all the flowers as they bloom and with a full day of rain, things are looking up for a sunny day tomorrow.
