Today was Scottish Cup 5th round and off I set bright & early to Dundee to watch United play Rangers.

I'm usually the one who's always late, but today it was Billy my football mate's turn. We just managed to get in the ground just as the teams had kicked off, when we heard a huge roar. And we realised United had scored. Inside the first 15 seconds. And we had missed it!

The game was good though & we were pretty dominant throughout. Luckily we scored 2 more goals, which we did manage to see. And they scored none in reply. Phew.

In all the excitement I forgot to take a photo inside the ground, so I caught some of the crowd as we were leaving, the evidence of our teams tangerine & back colours popping out from the odd fans' collars.

A good day! And a happy 90 mile drive home.
