Day 164/20 Spiral Staircase

Today I was working the late shift. When I took my half an hour break at 7pm the coffee shop had long since closed and the rain was coming back so I took a quick walk round the carpark, just to stretch my legs. 

I was really surprised to see a sign for a spiral staircase, I mean, really surprised! Just about everyone coming into this wing of the hospital, staff, patients and visitors, carry lots of bags so I don't see how they can negotiate the spiral stairs.
