Sunny but very cold

A northerly wind made my lunch walk very, very cold today. Where I took this shot I could enjoy a bit warmer conditions on the southern, sheltered side of a group of trees. The snow is what we call skare (i. e. it has a frozen crust).

One year ago: Hot cross buns!
