When you find a good spot

The cat loves sleeping on top of the pillars for the garden fence, and looked very content as we sat down for dinner this evening. 

On the subject of the fence, I had a chat with a neighbour this morning who praised the husband's skills greatly.  

Struggled to find enthusiasm for work this morning, but kind of got into it by the end of the day.  It's been a long day, got a couple of hours of work in first thing, took the boys to school, worked, lunch, then I had to pick up the boys as the husband wasn't feeling well, sorted dinner, work announcement, cleared up dinner and then last call of the day at 7.30.    My poor body is in desperate need of movement and exercise after that! 

The eldest was a little unsteady about going back to school today, but was very happy indeed when I collected him, which was such a relief.  Lots of smiles and a car journey spent chatting away about all that he had learnt today (bug hotels, apparently!)
